Perfect Poolside Environment

We had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. While the spacious public areas are clean and nice, the service left much to be desired, ranging from indifferent to downright rude at times. The restaurant's breakfast was enjoyable, but dinner was subpar. Overall, I walked away feeling disappointed, especially considering we were visiting the beautiful Iguaçu Falls nearby.
